Eleanor Meglio, Lorelei Co-founder, learned the art of fundraising, teamwork, theatrical flair, public relations and audience development while working for eight years as an Off-Broadway producer on 42nd Street Theatre Row. Co-founder Lorraine Totaro handled promotions and special events for Westinghouse Broadcasting (ABC) while simultaneously pursuing a career in acting and theatre production and promotion. The company name, Lorelei, is a merging of Lorraine's and Eleanor's first names — a symbol of the creativity that results from effective collaboration, a collaboration that includes a dedicated staff of 14 full- and part-time employees.
